Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

We value your commitment to personal growth and understand that life circumstances can sometimes change. Below are the terms for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling your enrollment:

1. Cancellation Requests:

   • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the program start date are eligible for a full refund.

   • Cancellations made 8–14 days before the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

   • Cancellations made 7 days or less before the program start date are non-refundable.

2. Transfers and Rescheduling:

   • Instead of canceling, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future program.

   • Transfers must be requested at least 7 days prior to the program start date and are subject to availability.

   • You may also transfer your spot to another participant, provided you notify us at least 7 days in advance and obtain approval.

3. Program Changes or Cancellations by Us:

   • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule the program, you will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer your enrollment to another program of your choice without additional fees.

4. Special Circumstances:

   • We understand that unforeseen emergencies may arise. In such cases, please contact us directly, and we will assess requests for exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Transfer:

Permissions to Record

By enrolling in this course, you grant the organiser permission to record sessions, including your voice and name, in video or audio formats. You authorise the organiser to copyright, publish, reproduce, and use these materials for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. You acknowledge and agree that these recordings may feature your voice and may be distributed in promotional, educational, or other materials. If you have concerns, please contact us prior to the course start date.
