    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session rate.

  2. Missed Sessions:

    • If you do not attend a scheduled session and fail to provide the required 24-hour notice, the session may be charged at the full rate.

 

Refund Policy for Purchased Plans

  1. Unused Sessions:

    • If you purchased a package of sessions and wish to cancel, the refund for unused sessions will be calculated based on the full rate of each used session, not the discounted package rate.

    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request.

  2. Used Sessions:

    • All used sessions are non-refundable and will be charged at the full rate as agreed upon at the time of booking.
