Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our services. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations. CANCELLATION POLICY Advance Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session rate. Missed Sessions: If you do not attend a scheduled session and fail to provide the required 24-hour notice, the session may be charged at the full rate. How to Cancel To cancel a session, please contact us via email or whatsapp. Ensure that you receive a confirmation of your cancellation to avoid any misunderstandings.
