Module 3- Imposter Syndrome and Self Doubt
Dissolving the Illusion of Inadequacy
In this module, we explore one of the most pervasive forms of self-doubt -the feeling of being an imposter.
Beneath it lies a distortion in perception: comparing ourselves to others while seeing only part of the picture.
Together, we’ll uncover how imposter syndrome forms when we elevate others onto pedestals and diminish ourselves in the process. We’ll trace how this imbalance disconnects us from our authenticity and creates the illusion that we’re somehow “less than.”
Through the Demartini Method framework, we’ll work to:
• Identify and own the traits you admire in others that already exist within you
• Recognize the hidden drawbacks of those admired traits to dissolve idealisation
• See the opposite traits in those same individuals, revealing their full humanity
• Restore balance and self-worth by integrating what you’ve been disowning
When you truly see that nothing is missing in you and that every trait you perceive in others is reflected within yourself in equal measure, the mask of the imposter begins to fall away.
Confidence and authenticity aren’t something you earn; they re-emerge when you remember who you already are.
