Module 6 -Overwhelm
Welcome to this week’s session on Overwhelm.
In this module, we explored how overwhelm is not a flaw, but feedback—a signal that something in our system (strategy, expectations, emotional clarity) is out of alignment.
We looked at how overwhelm shows up when:
Everything feels equally urgent (loss of hierarchy)
Our expectations are unrealistic or perfectionistic
We’re filling our days with tasks disconnected from our true values
Our perception of time becomes skewed and pressured
From there, we walked through a practical 6-step method designed to move you from chaos to clarity:
Define – get everything out of your head and onto paper
Dump – eliminate the non-essentials and injected “shoulds”
Delegate – free up your time by handing off uninspiring tasks
Do – prioritise and break things down into achievable actions
Date – schedule it all with realistic timing
Dissolve – clear the emotional clutter that fuels the overwhelm
We also looked at the difference between fantasy goals and objective goals—and how trying to act on an idealised fantasy (all upside, no downside) triggers shutdown, while anchoring in realistic, balanced goals brings clarity and momentum.
This session is especially practical, so feel free to use the workbook and return to this structure whenever you feel the static building up.

Take what you need, and as always—come back to your values.
