Cancellation Policy
12-Week Program Cancellation Policy 1. Refund Policy: Before the Program Starts: Clients may cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the program start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start will incur a 20% administrative fee. After the Program Starts: No refunds will be issued once the program begins, as your spot has been reserved and resources committed. 2. Rescheduling or Deferring Participation: If you cannot attend this round of the program but would like to defer: You may transfer your enrollment to a future round of the same program, provided you give written notice within the first 14 days of the current program. Deferments are subject to availability and must be used within 12 months. 3. Missed Sessions: The program is designed for commitment and transformation. If you miss a live session, recordings (where applicable) will be made available for review. Refunds or partial credits will not be provided for missed sessions. 4. Early Program Termination by the Client: If a participant chooses to withdraw from the program after it begins, no refund will be provided. However, they will still have access to any materials, tools, or recordings shared up to the point of withdrawal.
