• navigating relationship tension or conflict
• feeling frustrated, overwhelmed or directionless
• uncertain how to prioritise competing demands
• planning a change in role, direction or environment
• allocating time or energy across responsibilities
What This Session Does
A Bottleneck Breaker Session is used to identify the primary perception currently influencing:
• how you are prioritising
• how you are responding
• where your attention is being allocated
• and why forward movement may feel interrupted
Using a structured sequence of questions, we examine how the situation may currently be organised in the mind.
When perception becomes selectively weighted toward perceived advantages or disadvantages, attention may fixate on part of the picture, influencing communication, timing of action and decision-making.
In this session, questioning is used to:
• identify where perception may be asymmetrical
• recognise additional variables present simultaneously
• bring previously unconscious information into awareness
• clarify the most effective next step available
No balancing or equilibration process is conducted in this session.
Outcome
The aim here is not to resolve the issue itself, but to locate where perception may currently be influencing behaviour or progress.
Once the primary perceptual bottleneck has been identified, forward movement often becomes available through clearer prioritisation, timing and allocation of effort.
If required, further sessions may then be used to address the emotional charge attached to a specific perception.
